"The hotel is extremely clean and staff is very helpful to give you a great experience . The food is fantastic , they had a good gym with clean pools . They even had a nice masjid . The entertainment could have been better . But overall I highly recommend and would go there for sure again . "

"This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."

"I have never been to such a beautiful place with nature and lots of animals. This place is amazing if you have children or if you just love nature. The lights at night are magical we felt as we were at Disneyland. This ambiance is one unique place. "Overall, decent experience at Hilton. Staff accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. However, if you are vegetarian/vegan like me, it will be abit of a struggle as none of the buffet food is labelled as suitable for veggie/vegans. Considering 90pc of the tourists were Russians, this might explain it. To give an example, the pizza counter uses chicken to prove the dough, which was shocking as they were displaying pizzas with vegetables, which one would assume is vegetarian. The hotel has not...

"Very nice manicured grounds. Good food. Gorgeous views. Crystal-clear waters. The only thing missing: separation on the beach into smoking and non-smoking areas. It was very unpleasant to be next to the sea and inhale 2nd hand smoke instead of wonderful sea breeze. "
