"Silverado Resort is beautiful. The staff is very friendly, and the suites are spacious with beautiful views. However, I recommend requesting a second-floor room, as I could hear the guests above me walking around both day and night."

I wasn’t aware of this so it was unexpected to enter through what was clearly under construction. Parking was very limited as the Inn shares a parking lot with a restaurant, so some us parked in construction zone areas until spaces cleared after 8PM"

The staff was helpful, gentle and knowledgeable in assisting us. One staffer named Hope was amazingly accomplished in her customer service skill set as well as others in the way she made us feel apart of the Napa River Inn's legacy. Will be back if permitted.
