"Beautiful room and location. Lovely spa experience. Enjoyed the different flavoured water options on the beach. I didn’t enjoy the food I thought it was very average and not fresh. The staff were nice. I would say this hotel is 3-4 stars definitely not 5 star experience."

"Clean rooms, good range of food options which includes being able to dine at the golf club, neighbouring hotels and beach club (car shuttle from reception included). Kids pool heated and we needed it for an October trip. "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "

"We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you. "A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel.
