It’s as if the hotels expect you to use a towel once and then drop it on the floor, to be replaced by housekeeping the next day."

"The hotel is very disappointed us, first, not allowed to check in early, second, the bellboy not help bring the luggage’s to the room. Not just that, the most disgusting is the water faucet had mildewed, my husband had to get the toothbrush to clean it before we can use it. And the location is out of no where."
