"I had mixed up the dates and was prepared to pay for a new room. But the staff, Maria and her colleague, sorted everything out, made a lot of phone calls so i did not need to pay for new rooms. Offered me coffe as I waited, gived me a room before they even got confirmation from hotels.com that it was okey to switch. Upgraded the room with balcony, water etc just to be nice. The next day they offered me breakfast free of charge. The hotel is maybe not brand new, but ill take this hotel over any luxury hotel any day because of the friendly and serviceminded staff.
