"The hotel reception staff is kind and helpful. The room needs a facelift. Beds and bathroom especially. Upon entering it smelled old, but after airing out the room it got better. The toilet smelled like urine although it appeared clean. The pool and playground for kids were great. We spent a lot of time there. The location is phenomenal and quiet. "The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals. "

"Great location in Binz with short walks to everything you need, esp. the beach right outside of the hotel. The breakfast and bbq buffet was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated by now. Very small toiletries, esp. for stays for more than 1 day. "

"The hotel was fine (although having absolutely no wifi was a bit of a surprise and not ideal for the type of travelling we were doing). Because we were there in mid-April, it isn't the best time to be at a location that is catering to summer beach goers, so my rating of the location suffers a bit. This is just a matter of timing though. We had driven up from Berlin to go to Peenemunde, and this was a fine hotel to spend the night after before moving on."

"The room was big and very well decorated, we liked the property and the service was nice. it is far from anywhere but that okay we stay for one night to relax and take the ferry next day, The dinner buffet was way expensive and not worth it at all. breakfast was great tho. I did enjoy the stay a bit pricey but I get it. "

"The town of Wustrow itself does not have too much to offer other than a good beach. However, this hotel is really something special . The food on offer is superb and the breakfast selection is exceptional. Of the five hotels visited during our trip this one was absolutely top notch in the food stakes. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Balconies are looking a little tired .The friendliness of the staff at this hotel was also very commendable "

"This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. "Unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hausboot war durchwachsen. Leider mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft bereits feststellen, dass das Boot nicht sauber war. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig abgespült, dort waren vermehrt noch Essensreste dran. Zudem war die Toilette nicht richtig sauber, was wirklich nicht geht. Diese haben wir dann eigenständig nochmal gesäubert.Außerdem hat die Heizung nicht richtig funktioniert, bei den Minusgraden draußen, war das zum Teil eine Zumutung."

Overnight Stop on a Bike Tour

"Incredibly nice hotel for a good price. Able to book last minute and the staff was lovely when I arrived near midnight. The bicycle storage in the basement is one of the nicest features I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfy and clean. Hope to visit Wismar again soon and will definitely book here when I do"
