The amenities were very modern and the room was immaculate. The location was right off the center of town so a nice quiet, safe neighborhood overlooking one of the canals. "

Staff are first class - special mention of a waitress in the Lobby bar ( short Cambodian lady) who provided friendly and excellent service to my family."

"Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof was a wonderful option for our stay in Ghent. Close to the major sights in Ghent, including Gravenstein and St Bavo Cathedral (with the incredible Van Eyck alterpiece - don't miss it), the staff was very helpful. The hotel has a spa and a lovely atrium garden. Despite its great location, the hotel was quiet and restful. And, it has great restaurants! Its Michelin restaurant was closed on the night we were there, but, we needn't have worried, their "casual" bistro was also fabulous. Highly recommended!"
