"Staying at The Star Grand Brisbane made our first visit to Brisbane all the more enjoyable. The customer service was phenomenal and the hotel property conditions were impeccable. We also enjoyed the casino, with its friendly and professional dealers. We look forward to returning to the hotel so we can also enjoy the soon to open pool."

"I have stayed here on a regular basis and yes it's a bit run down and needs some maintenance work but overall the staff are lovely and the beds are comfortable. Will continue staying here. "
