My only complaint is the food - ordered an in-room dining dish which came half cold, there weren't a whole lot of options at breakfast compared to other 5 star hotels and people in my travel group had problems ordering coffee at breakfast (waiters got the order wrong 3 times). Other than this the staff at the counters and valet were all very friendly and I would stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful well planned and clever hotel design to take in all aspects of the city. This is THE place to stay in Brisbane. Room, pool and all facilities are second to none. Possibly the view from every room would be quite good even in a city view room our river view room was fabulous. Check in was a breeze and Amey was very welcoming and helpful. Dinner options on the terrace and the bar on the sky deck absolutely amazing. While everything else on our visit was amazing, sadly Breakfast was only just ok. Nothing special, overall a minimal size and gluten free bread not toasted properly. (It was a choice of a simple hot dish, drink and a continental choice (eg fruit, muffin) When we asked for a juice to start while we waited for our coffee order ( a very small flat white) we were informed that would be extra charge. I really hope to return again soon but next time I would not be worried about getting breakfast included but definitely parking!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by value for money. Unit had everything needed for a short or long stay. Great space and updated nicely. Hotel was great location with great amenities. Coffee shop downstairs had great service and yummy coffee too! Would recommend and stay again next time I’m in Brisbane. Only negative was parking was full so I had to park across the street. Cheaper parking across the street so might have been a bonus but raining."
