Northumberland house circa 1860 originally named when the house was built by a local family. This centrally located home is on one of the most renowned and beautiful streets in Beechworth.
This home is all yours to enjoy and comfortably sleeps 8 over 4 bedrooms, with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room.
Only a moments’ walk from the main street and all Beechworth has to offer, including Beechworth Bakery, Bridge Road Brewery, Billson’s Brewery, top wineries, great coffee, cafes, wine bars, wineries and renowned restaurants. Plus, a short drive from many northeast attractions including Myrtleford, Bright, Yackandandah and Mt Buffalo.
Northumberland house is everything you need for a relaxing time away enjoying all Beechworth has to offer.

The Space
The original house has been tastefully renovated whilst keeping original features and
contains 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and powder room.
A modern, light filled extension has been recently completed and contains an open plan kitchen, living and dining including a wood fire, plus another living area, laundry, main bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite.
The main bedroom boasts a king size bed with ceiling fan, walk in robe and ensuite
The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, study, built in robes and has an electric blanket for those chilly winter nights.
The third bedroom features a king single bed, desk and built in robe and the 4th bedroom, contains a set of single beds and a trundle plus a study desk and built in robes.
The main, fully renovated, bathroom has a double vanity large shower and claw foot bath.
The home has ducted heating and cooling though out with ceiling fans in the main living room and main bedroom.
There is space for 3 cars under a rear carport, the garden is well maintained and includes an alfresco area. There is plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, including a cubby house, swings and trampoline.
The rear yard is secure and well-trained pets are welcome on application.
