This historic home has been fully renovated to offer all the commodities of a modern household while retaining the Beechworth charm of a historic home.

Quiet location yet only a 2 minute walk from Ford Street with heaps of off street parking.

This immaculate home is bright and spacious with light-filled modern living and generous bedrooms.

The large master suite enjoys a stunning en suite with floor to ceiling tiles and a large walk-in robe. The second bedroom is equally as grand and is fitted with double built in robes, as is bedroom three.

A cleverly designed central bathroom with a separate toilet provides added convenience.

Your new kitchen combines a stylish 2-pak finish with timber benchtops, a walk-in pantry, and brand new appliances, including a double drawer dishwasher.

Year-round comfort is assured with a ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling unit, plus the benefit of extra ceiling insulation.

Charming Cottage

Beautiful winter sunshine over the weekend made for a marvelous winter escape with family. Well located and comfortable house in the bustling historic town of Beechworth. Dog friendly. For EV owners the public charging options in Beechworth a bonus.

Great location close to shops & attractions. The house was just perfect light & bright beautifully decorated with verandah nearly all the way round off street parking with carport. Large open plan lounge kitchen dining. Christian couldn't be more helpful hope to stay again.

This is the place you want to stay in Beechworth
We couldn't have been happier with this accomodation. We arrived with two dogs for a short stay and found everything to be perfect. It was a 2 minute walk to Bridge Road Brewery and a 5 minute walk to Beechworth Bakery. The house is spotless and the yard size was great for the dogs. Christian was a pleasure to deal with, as well. We will be back.

This house seems brand new and everything needed for a home away from home is available. The best thing about staying at this house in Beechworth is its closeness to the main street. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms made it convenient for our two groups. Heating and wifi were instant.

Had a great time, we had one dog staying with us, the garden needs some attention . Teddy is poodle so seeds, with garden over grown,he needed brushing each day. But not complaining, we had the best time, beautiful house. Thankyou

Wonderful in every way….
We loved our stay in this fully renovated and spotlessly clean home. It was perfect for us- 3 couples having a short break in beautiful Beechworth. We loved everything about the house, the comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and the modern furnishings. The sun shone during our stay and we loved sitting out on the back deck later in the day. Lovely cottage just what we were expecting. Plumbing needs looking at in bathrooms as water ponds and very slow running away. Cottage interior nicely renovated with quality fittings. My only criticism being the exterior garden and grounds being very untidy requires a good clean up .

Wow! our group had a fantastic stay in this house. The house has had a major renovation, quaint on the outside and very modern on the inside. Was super clean and everything provided for your stay. Location is spot on…..one street back from the town centre and minutes from Bridge Road Brewers. I would highly recommend for a Beechworth stay. We will be coming back again :)

Beechworth retreat
What a fabulous house, recently renovated and to the highest standard. The accomodation was perfect for our family of 4 plus small dog. Great sized bedrooms and with 2 large bathrooms and a lovely open plan lounge and dining area. All furniture and fittings were like new and made the stay like being in a hotel. Location is perfect to experience everything Beechworth has to offer, only a w minute walk to the centre yet away from any noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the property. Christian was a fabulous host, extremely helpful and accomodating with some last minute changes to our plans.

Beechworth getaway
We all loved the location and amenity of this lovely home. Everything is accessible within minutes by walking and there are also walking trails nearby to explore (which our dogs loved). For anyone wishing to explore the beauty of the Victorian high country, this is a perfect choice to make your base.
