"The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. Location in village was great with stunning views from parking area which doubled as terrace and eating area shared with 2 other properties so outdoor eating wasn't very practical and so very disappointing for a summer holiday....

"The location speaks for itself The owner is a warm welcoming chap who went out of his way to assist and provided invaluable local knowledge without even meeting him The area is rich with great things to do and and drink The local restaurants are moderately priced and very honest My wife, two daughters and I have had a really relaxing enjoyable three weeks that we did not want to end Please try the beaches at anglet and the local horse riding and white water rafting amongst so many other...

"Clean spacious house, friendly guy despite the language barrier. Everything was there in the house that you needed. Stair gates needed at the bottom aswell as the top due to the stairs for small children. The road down to the house isn't for the faint hearted. Quite a steep walk up to the pool. It was a shame we didn't get to use the other facilities. The views were splendid and lovely walks."
