"After no contact from the hosts, we drove to the house to discover a steep driveway covered in snow. Steps had not been cleared of snow. I hope that they are okay and not absent due to an emergency- but there were seven of us visiting from out of state - stranded by the hosts who provided no means of entry. "

"We rented this house during a dance competition that was being held at a local high school. The competition was about 15 minutes away so this location fit perfectly. Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing.
