Master bedroom king size bed and large master bath with shower and garden tub. Two bedrooms, with queen beds . All bedrooms have walk in closets. Full bath with tub and shower in hall. Family room and eat in kitchen combination with stainless steel appliances and cathedral ceiling. Laundry room with washer and dryer furnished. Full walk out finished basement with ground level patio. Great room with propane gas stove and game room with pool table. Second master bedroom with full shower bath, king size bed.

This was a great stay for our family traveling from different states to attend a baby shower. This home offered us beautiful views and a great place to relax together and make more memories. There was more space than we even needed and every room was clean and comfortable. We all definitely enjoyed our time!

Lovely property

This property was perfect for our family when we were in town to attend a wedding at the Cedar Oaks Farm venue. We had plenty of indoor and outdoor space in which we could relax between the events. The owner was very nice. We loved the beautiful country setting that was still close to shopping areas.

Relaxing get Away

Well there's a reason we keep coming back (4 times staying at Preston and Judy's VRBO). For starters, the place is CLEAN and so inviting. The house has everything you need for a relaxing get away. We have kids aged 6-20 and there's plenty of space for all of us. You can relax on the deck and take in the beautiful view, sit around the fire on the lower level or take in a good book on the front porch. Inside is no less entertaining, you can pay pool, learn a new board game, or just hang out and watch a show. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected. We truly enjoyed our stay again and highly recommend it.

Perfect Stay

The house was welcoming. I felt like I was home. Plenty of space. Judy was extremely responsive to all my messages. Even stopped by to check on us. I would definitely stay here again. Honestly one of my best stays ever.

What a view!

Our stay in this beautiful home in Bedford was absolutely perfect. It sits on a quiet road with beautiful views of the mountains, is fully furnished and stocked and is very spacious. Our family of 7 adults couldn’t have been happier. We all wished we had taken more time off from work to stay longer.

We loved this place. So much room and a beautiful view of the mountains. Definitely recommend it. We visited the Bedford Farmer's Market. A great weekend visit.

Lovely house with beautiful views

This was a wonderful house to stay. Lots of space for our family. Loved all the little touches. Lots of kitchen items that help when preparing meals. Will definitely rent again when we are in the area.

I traveled with my husband and 4 kids (11-18). The house was clean and everyone had their own bed We had everything we needed during our stay. The location was great to go in several directions for different activities. The D-Day Memorial is a must-see in Bedford. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Lovely Home

Couldn’t have asked for a better house or location. Judith was extremely friendly and made it super easy to stay at this rental. Overall, it was certainly one of the best experiences that I have had with a rental. House was comfortable and clean. Loved driving up to the house and seeing those beautiful mountains. Thanks for a great trip.

Excellent location

We had a great time with family while attending a wedding nearby. Location was perfect for all of our venues, we even picked apples at a local orchard. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed. We loved the fall decorations!! We plan to visit again!

Perfect View

Beautiful home with few steps and perfect view of mountains. Elderly mother traveled with us and she enjoyed her time just relaxing and looking at the views. Would not hesitate to come again and suggest to others.

Our son got married at Spring Rose Lane Barn over the weekend and we rented this house for our family to stay. Beautiful house, beautiful views! Everything was perfect and we hope to return again!!

Wonderful house in a great location

We loved our stay here. Our family has rented houses in different locations over the last few years and this was one of the nicest and well equipped houses we stayed in. The owners were so nice and made sure everything was good. The location was quiet, peaceful and relaxing but close just a few minutes from Beford and the grocery story. It was alsi very easy to get to Roanoke from here. We would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful View

We loved our stay. My husband and I took our three grandchildren on vacation and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The downstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and full living room so the grandchildren loved staying in their own space. The house had every amenity you could need and was clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains from the front porch is breathtaking. We met the owners and they were very nice and hospitable. We will be staying here again.

Exceeded our expectations.

Preston and Judy were the kindest hosts. We came for a small family wedding and the property was breathtaking. They gave us the honor of having the ceremony on their land. We could have not planned what God had in store for my granddaughters wedding. Oh yes, their home was clean and welled stocked with everything we needed. The Town of Bedford Virginia was charming, just wish we had time to explore the area. Best family trip ever...

Perfect Wine Weekend

Eight of us rented the house for a wine trip through the Bedford area for a weekend. It was the perfect setting for our group. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to cook together. The beds were comfortable, easy communication, and there was plenty of room. The only issue we had was that some of our group wanted to watch the final four basketball games and some did not, and there is only 1 tv. A small price to pay for a wonderful weekend!! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Beautiful house and location

Our younger son got married at a venue in Bedford, and this house was only a few minutes away. It had more than enough room and space to accommodate us, our kids, and young grandkids. The house was very cozy, well-maintained, very clean, and had everything we could need. It has stunning views of the mountains, and the hunters in our family saw a nice buck. If not for all the wedding activities, I would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the fire pit. We met Judy and her grand-daughter, who were wonderful to visit with. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone. I wish we had more time to spend checking out the town.
