"The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. The swimming pool was clean."

"Das Haus hatte alles, was nötig ist. Der Seeblick ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht richtig genießen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. Im Ort und drum herum ist nicht viel los, auf der anderen Seite des Sees kann man mehr erleben. Wir haben deshalb ein paar Mal...

"Very friendly and helpful hosts. Kitchen is well equipped. The only minor thing I can think of is that the terrace is next to the building and can only be reached via the pedestrian street. But it’s only 20 metres. "

"Pictures do not show how beautiful the views of the lake from this apartment. Host was very engaging and helpful at all times Only downsides were minor (traffic noise and dryer that didn’t dry clothes). Overall, outstanding 2-week stay and this beautiful part of the world. "Aldo und Anna sind sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber. Das Grundstück und Haus liegt mit einmaliger Aussicht über den See. Allerdings führt unten die Durchgangsstraße entlang, wodurch man auch etwas den Verkehr hört. Die Zufahrt von der Straße zum Haus ist ziemlich steil, aber sehr gut gepflaster und breit genug, so dass man es mit etwas Schwung problemlos hinauf schafft. "Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in lebendigem, sympathischen Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen für zwei Familien gemietet. Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen. Draußen gäbe es auf dem Grundstück leider auch keinen schönen Ort, wo man sie aufstellen könnte. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst dürftig, teils in schlechtem Zustand (blechiges...

"Der Blick von der Terrasse in die Landschaft und auf den See ist absolut fantastisch. Fußläufig ist nichts erreichbar, das muss man bedenken! Die Wohnung ist angenehm eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Was der ein oder andere bemängelt, dass viele private Dinge von der Eigentümerin Platz wegnehmen, können wir nicht bestätigen. Es hat uns in nichts eingeschränkt. Es gab trotzdem genügend Platz. "Wir haben den attraktiven Balkon und die gute Küchenausstattung besonders genossen. Die Bahnlinie ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten gut zu erreichen gewesen. Der eigene Stellplatz ist wertvoll und überdacht. Die Organisation der Agentur ist wirklich gut."

"Grundsätzlich gut. Einiges sollte in der Wohnung gemacht werden! Im 3. Zimmer neue Matrazen und 1 neuer Lattenrost. Die TV Anlage hat nicht funktioniert und müsste von einem Fachmann geprüft werden. Sonst sehr gut. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und sehr ruhig gelegen."

"Lake Como was iur first destination on our vacation in Italy. It was better than expected!! The location was secluded and quiet with great views but eady to get to restaurants and shops. A great way to start our vacation. The unit was very clean and everything we needed for our stay."
