He was able to refrigerate my dad’s medication after we discovered that the fridge in the room had not been switched on. He was able to cancel the double booking I’d inadvertently made due to a glitch in the app. He even offered us some sandwiches, juice and yoghurt as we weren’t able to take advantage of the included breakfast due to our early departure."

"This hotel has been providing excellent service for 20 years that I know of. Its not fancy, its classy and understated. The restaurant downstairs has fantastic food and a comfortable classy ambiance. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large, and the outside balcony off the room is a delight during good weather. I will stay here again when in Vechta horse shopping. "
