Holly Tree Cottage, Wangford

Charming holiday home just 10 minutes from the seaside town of Southwold and within walking distance of the local pub making it ideal for a holiday or short break. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor and 1 bathroom (on the ground floor). This property is dog-friendly.

As you enter the property, you step into the well-equipped kitchen. There is a free-standing fridge /freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric hob with oven, kettle and toaster. There is also a table and chairs.

You step into the spacious lounge which has double doors opening onto the garden, bringing the outdoors in. It is bright and airy with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, TV and gas fire.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a single bed and rocking chair, and windows looking out to the road.

The bathroom is also on the ground floor with a WC, sink and bath with a shower over. There are grab rails in the bathroom for assistance.

The staircase is a bit of a character in itself - narrow, winding and a tad steep, with a rope hand "rail" , but this adds to the charm of the cottage. Please take care when using.

Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a curtained area to hang clothes. It is dual aspect making it bright and airy.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed, a small bedside table and a chest of drawers. The window looks out to the garden.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed, a small bedside table, a chest of drawers and a window looking out into the garden.

Outside is a generous-sized garden, mainly laid to lawn. There is garden furniture so you can make the most of this sun trap on warm days.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but the garden is not secure.
