This modern beautifully presented 3 bed, 2 bathroom family holiday home is in a quiet, peaceful and secluded location, perfect for a relaxing holiday. It is ideally located to explore the beautiful Suffolk coast with the local beach at Covehithe within walking distance, and the popular seaside town of Southwold is only a 10-minute drive away, with its sandy beach, pier, lighthouse and a great variety of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. 1 medium-sized dog is welcome.

As you drive into this private area, around the back of the shops and road, the house is at the end on the right-hand side, overlooking the fields with parking for 3 cars.
As you step into the hall there is a study immediately to your left and the lounge on your right. Along the hall is a cloakroom with a sink and W/C and an under-stair cupboard.
The lounge has a multi-fuel burner making it perfect for a cosy romantic winter break. There are 2 three-seater sofas, an armchair and a large poof. There is a smart TV but no access to the BBC as the property does not have a licence. There is also a DVD player with lots of DVDs and plenty of books and games to keep you entertained during your stay.
The lounge leads into the large open-plan dining room and kitchen. There is a large dining table that seats up to 8 when extended. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-ring gas hob on the central island with 2 ovens under and a breakfast bar opposite, a built-in pantry cupboard, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
The kitchen leads into the utility room where there is a sink, washing machine and a condensing dryer.
This in turn leads into the large office which has 2 large desks and a 3 seater leather sofa. Doors on either end lead to the front of the house and to the garden at the back.
Upstairs, to the right is the master bedroom with a super king bed, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, 2 chairs and an "ornamental" rocking horse. The ensuite has a walk-in waterfall shower, W/C and sink with drawers under and a long mirror cabinet. Light floods into the room from the dual-aspect windows making it light and airy.
The second bedroom looks out over the back garden and has a large single bed, chest of drawers and a good-sized built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe. This looks out over the fields at the front of the house.
The family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, W/C and sink.
Outside there is a large enclosed garden, part paved, part laid to lawn with a love arbour in the centre. There is garden furniture and an outdoor table tennis table
