"The property is situated in an ideal location to enjoy Good Hart, The Tunnel of Trees, Cross Village and Petoskey. We enjoyed the trails adjacent to the property and hunting for stones at the beach. When we weren’t out enjoying the beauty of the area, we were thankful for an extremely clean, cozy home to relax in. The owners are extremely clean, organized, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend their rental. "

"Everything was good all eight of us had a great time. Loved the sunset. We couldn’t understand the way down to Lake Michigan. The bathroom, kitchen and Bedroom were clean. but need to do something about the mildew smell. Windows needed a little attention. But that was just me I have cleaned houses for 40 years . Overall I would give it a 4 star. The host was great Thank you Jody"

"The home was in a great location. The process to just check in was easy. I even had a problem and called the emergency and they answered right away and helped me with my problem. The view was gorgeous from the back porch. The sunlight coming into the home was amazing."

"This is a cute historic house that’s newly renovated. It actually was roomier than we expected from the pictures. Perfect location-a short walk down to the beach and a short walk into town. The neighbors were friendly and we got a whole history lesson on the red house and the surrounding area. The Wi-Fi was adequate but patchy. Apparently that’s the nature of Wi-Fi in Cross Village. The Community Center, which is always open, is the only reliable place if you need it to be (one in our party...
