"This hotel is convenient to the highway, shopping, restaurants. It is clean and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were great!"

"The warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival was such a welcoming, and delicious treat! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. However, there should have been some routine things that should be kept up on. Arriving about 2:45 for 3:00 check in the elevators doors and floors should have been clean, instead there were handprints, and trash on floor. The refrigerator in the room definitely should have been cleaned the inside was yucky. You are very close to the I think it was the Federal Express airport, which was extremely loud. It would be nice if they could sell those cheap little earplugs. I called in the middle of the night, and they said they didn’t have any. All the people at the front desk were wonderful, same with the cleaning crew. Love the fact that they have a cute patio to sit outside if you’d like. I didn’t get a chance to visit pool. Apparently they have a hot tub, which I did not see on their website, but may have overlooked. Only reason why I knew, is a saw a sign at the front desk that the pool and hot tub would be out of service on a certain date. The little area where you can buy snacks and drinks, the coolers were broken, so we couldn’t buy drinks."

"It was less traffic and stress of staying in downtown Pittsburgh. The hotel was very nice, clean and accommodating. We had the kitchenette which was a spaviois area with couch and desk. Didn't have to sit on the bed. Friendly staff"
