"Excellent stay overall! The only cleanliness issue was that the bathroom mirror wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. You could see streaks where they only could reach so high. All staff was attentive to our needs and friendly. We do highly recommend the restaurant and room service. We had dinner both nights of our stay and every dish was delicious. We were thrilled the weather cooperated with a beautiful snowfall upon our departure. "

"From the pictures I thought the cabin was going to be small. It was bigger than expected and roomy for a 1 bedroom cabin. Great amount of towels, extra blankets, kitchen supplies. I didn’t need to pack as much as I did, they had it all! Will stay here again. "

"The transportation service to and from the JH Mountain Resort. Efficient on time. This is the second year we have stayed at the 49er Hotel and we have had the same bus driver , Jeff, not sure of his last name, but he is a wonderful driver."
