I arrived around 4.30pm to find no one around and had yet to receive my email with lock key code, I know arrival was stated 5pm but I would expect to receive the code day before. "i was given the warmest welcome imaginable after a trying day. a glass of wine and a bowl of delicious homemade soup, all in the excellent company of my hosts. the room was adorable and comfortable, and although my stay was short, it was restorative and memorable. i highly recommend this lovely place and its charming hosts!"

"What a find. This is one of those properties you want to keep a secret, in case they are fully booked when you want to go again. The lovely hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating. Lots of little personal touches, children’s games (that we played and had no children with us), lots of little seating areas in the secure and quiet garden. Parking is off-road and very secure. Home made preserves for breakfast and a good continental selection of fresh food. Kettle with teas...

"We stayed for one night after a trip to the nearby Puy du Fou. We had an excellent, spacious room for our family of four, which was sparkling clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious (especially the wide variety of homemade jams) and the garden of the property was a great advantage - beautifully quiet and plenty of room to burn some energy off for the children. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend the place. "
