"Wow! Our group loved Helene’s place. The town is 1 hour train from Paris and you can get a taxi to the house although don’t rely on Uber/bolt. The pool area is wonderful and the grounds of the house have a lot to offer. The bedrooms are large and quite a lot of them have ensuites. The second house is attached to the main house and offers a quieter space for those that want it. The only issue our group found was some struggled to sleep because the house only has windows to cool down at night...

"18 of us stayed in this lovely house for a week. We loved having the large garden, especially the outdoor games on offer. The house itself was really nice with a good size lounge, well appointed kitchen and separate dining room. The local village is very quiet and the nearest town has a great bakery and a few supermarkets. "We were 6 in the property- grandparents, parents and children. The property was furnished to a good standard (all bedrooms are doubles but our boys shared a bed). Kitchen very well stocked. WiFi was set up with plenty of routers but didn’t work while we were there and didn’t get fixed. Pool was heated (a massive bonus) and I would guess about 8x4m in size. Supermarkets 10 mins away by car - all open Sunday mornings."
