Not the place for me! Terrible customer service! Booked my room 2 months in advance but when i arrived they told me i had to stay at their annex, which was down the street. I reserved parking for 8 euros per day. But they told me to park in the public parking across from my building. The annex was nice, but i had to carry three bags up a winding staircase through a maze of hallways and a few more stairways. The room was nice, and i guess you get what you pay for. Sorry to be so negative.

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment annex. I only knocked a couple of stars off 'condition and facilities' as there wasn't any coffee in the room, one of the bathroom cupboard panels was loose, a net curtain in the bottom bedroom kept falling down and the outside terrace light didn't work. Also, the hotel hadn't automatically reserved a parking place for us and our stay was the middle stop of a drive from the south of France back to England. I think if this isn't done automatically, guests should be asked as parking is not easy in the centre of Beaune. The free car park we were told to go to, conveniently located opposite the appartment, was full so, we had to wait until someone left. This is also the reason for knocking one star off the otherwise excellent 'staff and service'. But, that said, apart from the slightly tricky onboarding process, we really enjoyed our stay and now we know to ask for parking in advance, we would stay again.

The apartment was not as described in the offering: we booked it for 6 persons with the information that it offers two double beds and two single beds. The single beds did not exist, instead a sleeping sofa was offered. Furthermore there was just one separate room, another fact that was not communicated transparently. The "terrace" was not as displayed in the offering and not really cleaned. The water in the shower did not flow down well. No WLAN code was given to us. We would have never booked that apartment if we had all the correct information. Especially the missing single beds made our stay absolutely uncomfortable.

Central läget med bra frukost
Hotel i central Baune, suoer trevlig personal på frukost. Rumet var fresh men litet i storleken dock det var normalt enligt fransk standard. :). Det rumet var i annexet som ligger framför place Madeleine med bra parkerings möjligheter. (I annexet finns en trappa att gå upp/ej hiss)

C est la dernière
Nous n étions pas ou nous voulions, nous avons demandé a être surclassés. Malgré le supplément la chambre était très moyenne et le lit effroyable avec un matelas en cuvette et les draps tachés a plusieurs endroits. Le petit déjeuner était correct comme nous le connaissions. L explication de nos déboires a la direction n'a eu aucun effet ni réponses. Nous allons dans cet hôtel depuis 15 ans mais cette fois c'est la dernière

De fotos matchte niet met de werkelijkheid, het is allemaal wat outdated. De eerste kamer was echt slecht met slecht bed, dus heb upgrade gevraagd die flibk duurder was, beter bed maR slechte badkamer zonder douche.

Très bien hormis la localisation de ma chambre accessible via une entrée un peu loin de l'accueil, et qui oblige à passer par la route et à contourner l'établissement. Très calme, et très bien situé.
