Beautiful period property near the centre of the charming town of Beaumaris. The property is more than 100 years old and is a listed building with many original features, whilst benefiting from a recent re-furbishment and modern facilities. Ty Capel (Chapel House) is situated next to the Chapel and Sunday School and was originally the Minister's residence.
Ty Capel is a deceptively large property over three floors. On the ground is a large dining room capable of comfortably accommodating 8 guests and a very well equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer and separate toilet. The ground floor is completed by a large double bedroom with king size bed and also has a TV.
There are steep steps leading to the first floor where there is a lovely living room with flat screen TV with Sky Sports, DVD player, CD player, and radio. Wifi is available throughout the property. Centrepiece of the living room is a beautiful wood burning stove. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with a great deep roll bath and separate shower.
Three further bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Each bedroom is a good size with two of the bedrooms having King and Queen beds and the third has two twin beds.
The property benefits from a private fully enclosed rear courtyard with garden table and chairs for al fresco dining for up to 8 guests. A great little suntrap in the Summer.
Whilst situated in a quiet street the property is only a few hundred yards away from the centre of Beaumaris with it's boutique shops and numerous restaurants and pubs. One of Beaumaris' main attractions the Gaol is only 50 yards away with the Castle and Pier also only a few minutes walk away.
There is a fab bakery at the end of the street- make sure you get there early for your croissants in the morning. We also recommend the great variety of breads and the cakes are delicious too.
