Take advantage of reduced seasonal rates at Island Town House, a stylish getaway in the Historic District! Walk to coffee, museums, restaurants, shopping, the Waterfront Park and Visitor's Center. Guest constantly call it a “hidden gem in a perfect location”.

You’ll have Antebellum-era mansions and cottages as neighbors. Downstairs are multiple Living Room and Dining spaces (both inside and in the private courtyard.) The cozy kitchen has full-size appliances, m/w and a coffee bar is stocked to jump start your morning walk to Waterfront Park. Bikes/5G Wi-Fi / Smart HDTV with Cable/ DVD/ Washer Dryer/Iron/Hairdryer. Original local Art throughout. Sleeps 4 max. A queen bedroom overlooks the private courtyard, and a 2-twin bedroom has incredible morning light. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Each has a large closet, large dresser and custom linens. 1-1/2 baths.

Sweet retreat

Came to S.C to celebrate my husbands Grandmothers 100th birthday. Home met our needs. Was very clean and comfortable. Master bed was super soft! See you next year!!

Great Location

Cozy townhouse in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything was as described and all the detailed suggestions were much appreciated. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the town.

Wonderful location

Thanksgiving holiday stay

My family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at a charming townhome steps from downtown historic Beaufort! The location was unbeatable—just a short, pleasant walk to the heart of downtown, where we explored the shops, restaurants, and waterfront views that make Beaufort so special. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities and took great care to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. Overall, this townhome was the perfect place for our family.

We were a group of 4 (2 couples) and this home was very accommodating for us. Very clean, well appointed, fantastic artwork, comfortable and everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Well located to explore Beaufort and Sea Islands. We highly recommend this home for a stay of 4 or less people.

Great stay in Beaufort!

We really enjoyed this property. It wasn’t our first visit to Beaufort and this property was in a great location. The listing was 100% accurate and provided everything we needed. We had a very minor issue on our check-in day that Sara promptly resolved for us and it didn’t affect our stay at all. I’d highly recommend Sara’s property!

So great being able to walk to town, loved riding our bikes around pigeon point and even over the bridge to Lady’s Island! Nice space, and cute little courtyard to sit outside.

Perfect Location

This property is located in the Historic District of Beaufort. It is easy walking to downtown (Bay St). It has a wonderful Patio and the townhouse itself offered plenty of room to move around. We stayed for about six weeks and loved it. Whether you stay for a weekend or a long term stay I think you will find it’s one of the best places with an ideal location.
