Welcome to our beautifully renovated 3 bedroom Craftsman-style bungalow. Located in Historic Downtown Beaufort. 5-minute walk to Bay st. (our main st), the Waterfront Park/playground, and downtown Marina. Walk to the river to sit on swings or do a little fishing. Great restaurants, cafes, art galleries, library, and shopping just steps away. Two blocks from The Point neighborhood with beautiful historic Antebellum houses. Off-street parking for 2 cars makes it easy for you to walk wherever you need to go or a 20-minute drive to Hunting Island public beach. 20-minute drive to Paris Island.
The cottage was renovated in late 2015. It features 3 bedrooms a full bath and 1 half bath. The bedrooms include a King bed, Queen bed and a twin daybed all with quality linens and duvets or quilts. The bathrooms are both newly appointed. House has a new gas on-demand water heater. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need. It includes a gas stove, full-size fridge, and dishwasher. Open shelving and quartz countertops just add to the charm of this home. The laundry room includes a full size stacked washer and dryer. The spacious dining room can accommodate dinner guests. The living room is beautifully decorated with sofa, chairs, rug, and a 50" flat screen television. Enjoy the Lowcountry weather on the large covered front porch.

Another delightful stay in downtown Beaufort
For the second time, my wife and I enjoyed this lovely cottage that is a few minutes walk away from Beaufort's Bay Street. Having separate rooms and a short distance to a playground were both invaluable to our stay with our young child.

Convenient location
Perfect location. Easy walking to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy to get to Port Royal, Hunting Island State Park. House needs some repairs, luggage racks. Comfortable for two but would be tight for more. We enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location…
This is a great property within a few blocks of all the downtown restaurants and waterfront. It is also just down from the library, near the Cultural Arts Center (great programs and movies), museums, and many historic sites. There is ample room to entertain (table seats 8), and the little front porch is an extra bonus. We are glad we stayed there.

Great cottage and great location!
This is my second of what I hope will be many stays at this property. There is plenty of room to spread out and it’s just a few short blocks to the waterfront. It is well-stocked with just about everything you could think of. The hosts are very accommodating.

Our favorite Beaufort house!
We love this location and truly feel it’s like our home away from home in Beaufort. George and Judi are wonderful to work with. They are thoughtful hosts-wine and cheese were waiting for us-and the kitchen always has basics like sugar, salt, pepper, coffee filters, laundry soap etc. The home has been nicely refinished and is comfortably furnished. Mattresses are very comfortable and sheets/towels in ample supply. Location is perfect and walkable to everything! Highly recommend, we look forward to our next trip.

Great lititle house near downtown!
Nice place for a group or family reunion, close to downtown. North Street can get a little busy at times. Also, the taxes and fees make the per diem cost higher than advertised. But the house is spacious and quiet and well laid out, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. And our host was reasonably communicative and accomodating. Nice place to say!

Just as pictured...
This home is exactly as pictured in the photos! Just 3 blocks from the river walk, shops and restaurants of Beaufort. The owners met us on our arrival and walked us through to familiarize us with the property. Quality was everywhere in this home...beds, linens, etc. couldn't have been nicer or more comfy. We were treated with the basics (coffee, tea and all the fixings) on arrival along with a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers which was a very nice touch! The owners have placed a lot of thought into furnishings and colors to make this home very cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed our girls stay there and would definitely return. There is some "temporary" construction going on next door but the contractors were very thoughtful not to start too early or stay too late. I would much prefer dealing with a bit of that than staying in a hotel! Judi & George made us feel right at home!

we had an amazing time! It’s two blocks from adorable shopping and amazing food. The house was adorable. We loved the front porch. We did ask if we could check in a few hours early and we just wish the check-in process/communication was a little better. Other than that, we had an amazing time!

I had intended to take my granddaughters, but they backed out, so I had a lone time opportunity! Beaufort is a nice town. Not sure how walking to town would have been; I just drove. Parking was no problem during the week. House was nice. Love this era house. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy access - all through text. I’m not a phone person, so that was fine with me. House was clean. Don’t expect to have shampoo; glad I had taken mine. Kitchen is small, but I didn’t intend to cook! I would recommend a shower rod cover, since the shower rod is a bit rusty and the shower curtain rings don’t slide easily. Other than that, it was wonderful. Thank you.

Great home in perfect location!
This space was just right for our group of 5 - three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. We appreciated the king bed & privacy of en suite 1/2 bath. Kitchen well equipped, nice dining space. We enjoyed walking out each morning to the downtown area and historical attractions.

Perfect location
We came to Beaufort to enjoy the Run Forrest Run 5k and Shrimp Festival. This little house was in the perfect location to walk to downtown and all of the events. We were able to experience so much of the low country and plan day trips to Charleston and Savannah. The house was perfectly set up and very comfortable.

Charming Cozy Cottage
