Calm Tide is the perfect family oasis. This beautiful home features 2 bedrooms (3 beds) with additional IKEA rollout bed in private area near kitchen and private studio in back yard with IKEA rollout bed. It has 1.5 bathrooms plus spacious outdoor shower. Stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen, a large master suite with flat screen TV. Second bedroom features full over queen bunk bed with flat screen TV and reading area. There is an extra bedroom space located off the kitchen, with couch / pull out full bed, TV and a curtain providing privacy. Studio located in back yard has a pull out IKEA bed, vintage coffee table, TV, refrigerator, & Mini split Heat/AC. Bring your hammock and relax in the spacious fenced in backyard while cooking out on the grill, or relax around the fire pit on chilly fall nights. With Calm Tide located in the quiet & spacious section of Ann Street, you can enjoy a stroll or use the (4) provided bikes to ride to the local shops and restaurants in historic downtown Beaufort. Calm Tide is centrally located- one block from Taylor Creek, 3/4 mile from Beaufort town center or Boat House Marina in the opposite direction where there is a public boat and kayak launch.
This home is also only 10 minutes from Morehead City Waterfront and Atlantic Beach! Please note that inside fireplace is for decoration only, and not operable, enjoy the outside patio fire pit instead. Ample parking in driveway and room for boat trailer. Large fenced in backyard, no pets on premises please and No Smoking. Security Camera outside facing driveway and on front porch, not in use during stay.

Such a Great Stay
Wonderful visit to Beaufort with family. The house was stellar, everything we could ask for. Wonderful deck area, charming decor. Enjoyed the turntable with some classic vinyl. Absolutely perfect
We cannot say enough good things about our stay. We have stayed in Beaufort many times, and this was our favorite stay. The backyard was perfect for grilling out, and they were so generous to provide kayaks and paddle boards. The house is perfect, great location to water and front street, will definitely stay again!

The home is well equipped for a fun vacation. We enjoyed the quiet location and lovely outdoor amenities - morning coffee on front porch swing and dinner in beautiful tree covered backyard. The golf cart made the trips for ice cream to the quant town easily assessable.

First time staying at Calm Tide and WOW it was perfect. Had a 2yr old with us and the back yard was a great place for her to work off some energy. The house and outdoor shower (love love love) were great. Will be back for sure!

The owners were really nice and helpful! They gave us details on how to use the golf cart and kayaks and good places to go kayaking. The house was very clean and inviting and had everything we needed. Great patio and backyard! Right in downtown close to Front street. Wonderful place!

A very Beaufort holiday
Calm Tide was the perfect Thanksgiving getaway for our blended family. The property is perfectly nestled near downtown just off Front Street. We enjoyed cooking oysters and sitting by the fire pit at night and boating and shopping during the day. There was plenty of room for game night but also plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy a moment to yourself. Jack and Lindi exceptional hosts, super attentive before, during, and after our stay. We are already planning our next trip to Calm Tide.

Perfection is the best way to describe Calm tide! So much attention to detail in this home! Jack and Lindi were the best! They were so easy to communicate with and answered every question, and also gave us dining recommendations. The outdoor shower is a sanctuary…don’t miss it! Perfect in every way
This was our first time staying at Calm Tide, and it did not disappoint. Home and amenities are so well thought out, with an organic option for everything from hand soap to laundry detergent. We immediately felt at home! Outdoor shower was enjoyed by my son's every day! Home is in a perfect location, within walking distance of everything in historic Beaufort, friendly neighbors and porch swing to enjoy your morning coffee.
