Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. This pair of charming 200-year-old cottages are peacefully located by an historic church, enjoying stunning country views. Set on a working farm in a tiny unspoilt village, visitors are welcome to explore the farm and wonderful walks over 60 acres of fields and woodland, abundant with birds and other wildlife. Beach, golf and coastal walking at West Bay, 6 miles. Shop and restaurant 1.5 miles, pub serving food 350 yards. . Both properties: Underfloor oil central heating £20 per week poa). Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Cot and highchair. Enclosed garden area with patio and garden furniture (Shared). Access to 60 acres of fields and woodland (Shared). Parking. No smoking.

There is a charge of £20 per week for underfloor oil central heating payable on arrival.
The properties require a weeks notice before booking to ensure the property can be prepared in time for your arrival.

Super country cottage
The cottage was as described, down a lane on a farm moments from the gorgeous village. The local pub is really just for dining and the food is excellent however you must book in advance as it is very small. The cottage is very comfortable and would be equally nice to visit in the winter, lovely wood burning stove and fantastic views. The kitchen is not that well equipped so be aware if you want to do lots of cooking however you are close to lovely pubs and restaurants if you don't. We would definitely go again, we loved it and so did our 2 dogs.

Very cosy cottage in lovely secluded rural location. Ideal for dog walking with huge amounts of outdoor space in the fields for children to play. Underfloor heating and log burner made light of the bad weather we had. Yes the bathroom is a little tired as other reviews have stated, but the whole place is spotless and well equipped. Friendly owners on hand for local info and help if needed. Check ahead though, the one local pub closed all week for us and alot of Beaminster also on Monday/Tuesdays. A delightful cottage in a beautiful location. We were fortunate enough to spend Christmas there. The hosts had decorated it for Christmas which was so welcoming & festive. The underfloor heating & log burner were perfect for the chilly weather. Could perhaps do with a refresh now, in particular the settee & mattresses. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, but essentially left us to do our own thing. Our only complaint was the mattress on the double bed, not the most comfortable! Blackberie Cottage is on a working farm and sits in valley.
Blackberie Cottage is on a working farm and sits in valley. There is no WiFi and very little mobile signal. There is a church next to the farm and the clock strikes on the hour, every hour. The roads to the farm are narrow and in some places single tracked. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sofa smelt of damp dog.

Lovely cottage on a farm with lots of grounds to walk on. It was perfect for our dogs. The owners were very friendly and the village is pretty with a nice little pub serving food very close by.
