"This place is amazing!! The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and also be able to host some of our family in the area was precious. My daughters rented equipment for the babies which worked out well. The house is very spacious and 5 adults and 3 children fit nicely. Very highly recommend. The pier was fun to hang out on but due to weather we were to enjoy the lake as much. Easy to find, and owners were very responsive. "

"6 of us stayed here for a music festival. The location, fantastic! Ocean views, check. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen supplies....no amenity was overlooked. Happened to meet owner when were checking in. He was great. Couldn't have been more accomodating. Great great place for a few nights or longer. Wush we were here longer. "

"This was just what we were looking for. The house was roomy, open and charming. It was also relaxing to sit on the back deck surrounded by trees and listening to the calming sound of the brook. It felt like you out in the countryside yet the cute village of Sandy Hook along with Newtown restaurants and shopping were less than 10 minutes away."

"We stayed at this property weekend of Nov 23rd, 2024. The house is super nice. Very clean. Other than food, the home is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of restaurants, groceries and other shopping nearby. We had an 8 month old and did not feel uncomfortable at all. Would rent again and would recommend this property to anyone. "

"We had a blast staying at this property. The attention to detail in the amenities provided was amazing. We travelled with our infant and there was a high chair, pack & play, and baby bath available for us to use, this was perfect so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with these items. "We rented this house to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The 6 of us had a great time. The house couldn’t be closer to the water. Beautiful house. Plenty of room for everyone. Get comfortable. Clean. Nice quiet street. Great host. Gave us games, towels, and there were more things in the garage that we didn’t even use. Weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of it. Water is very shallow for a long distance so you can easily walk out and hang around when the tide goes down. Overall...
