Secluded Beachfront condo in beautiful Mar Chiquita.When you enter the open concept you'll see the dining room and living room with TV with cable TV ,WiFi and
amazing ocean views all decorated contemporary nautical theme.Adjacent to the dinning room is the balcony with 2 rocking chairs a table and at the other side a high table with 2 chairs so you can enjoy breakfast or wine while admiring the vistas.
Enter the hallway passing the full equipped kitchen and you'll find the guest bed room, with a queen bed and air conditioner .Across the hallway is the guest full bath room. At the end of the hallway is the Master bed room site with a King size bed, Smart TV , air conditioner,walk in closet and a full bath room.Amenities include bath towels, shower gel, shampoo ,hair dryer steamer,WiFi and cable TV.
Your outdoor private terrace has direct access to the beach.In the terrace you will find a seating/eating area with a BBQ kitchenette and an outdoor shower with a beautiful mosaics.

Hidden Gem in Puerto Rico
This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for tranquility and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean and and spending our afternoons on the golden sand beach. Definitely planning a trip back!

Absolutely beautiful
The property manager was respectful, kind and communicative. The property was clean, well taken care of, and spacious for our group of 5. We only had to take about a 3 minute walk to Playa Mar Chiquita, which was stunning and gorgeous. The location of the property was very convenient and the locals were all friendly. Overall, we had an amazing time and experience with the property, beach, and town.

Bomb ass beach apt!!!
If you're looking for a beautiful beach view and relaxation this is the place for you. We were in peace listening to the sounds of waves. The apt. had everything we could possibly need. We were very pleased on how well the property manager communicated with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home base for a week away!
Just what we wanted - very quiet & secure complex away from the busy areas. The only sounds were tropical birds and ocean waves. Lilly was an excellent and communicative host - be sure to take her recommendations on where to eat nearby. She made check-in and check-out very easy - texted us with simple instructions the day before arrival/departure. The rental itself had everything we needed - well appointed kitchen, laundry on site, comfortable bedrooms, updated bathrooms and beach towels/supplies. We enjoyed sipping our coffee & wine on the porch, swimming in the pool and walking on the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

A great vacation
Communication with Mrs. Rojas was top notch. The condo has everything you need. It was extremely clean with great air conditioning. The views are stunning. The beach across from the condo is beautiful but not for swimming. Luckily the most beautiful swimming beach is a few steps to the left. The currents are not a worry. It’s like a giant wave pool and we felt save. We had a great time. The people are very friendly.

Beautiful view
Each morning we awoke to a beautiful view of the ocean and it’s soothing sounds, enjoying our coffee on the balcony. The pool was cool and refreshing. The beach, sadly, was not as we had hoped - we never got more than our feet wet as it was very rocky and did not appear to be safe. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. The air conditioners worked well. The gated community was safe. Overall, this was a great place for rest and relaxation.

PERFECT!!!
Overall booking and checking in was amazing. We had delayed flights but Margie kept communication open through the whole process. Arrived at night so couldn’t see the ocean but could hear the waves. First impression on the suit, AMAZING! Everything you need is there. We came during valentines and she had decor up and she also brought us some champagne ♥️. Beaches are beautiful at this location. Margie thank you so much for everything. 5*s

Perfect!!
Margie is the best host. It was the birthday of two from our group and Margie received us with a happy birthday sign, cake and champagne! She also stayed to receive us late since our flights were delayed. The view of the ocean is perfect. The unit is very comfortable and clean. It has its own little patio across from the unit that leads to the beach. Adalberto, the manager, is very friendly too. Anything you need, both of them are ready to help. And, go eat at Costa Azul (not far from the apartment). Thanks Margie!!!

Seaside Apartments in Manati, PR.
We booked a 7 night stay at the Seaside Apartments in Manati, PR. Upon arrival, a representative was on site who provided us with the necessary keys during our stay. The condo was located in a gated community, which required an electronic gate key opener. The parking lot was safe, well lit, and had a security guard on patrol during the overnight hours. The interior of the property was magnificent. It was clean, had proper temperature controls, and it had modern fixtures/appliances. The host was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. The nights were very quiet and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property. Sincerely, visitors from Connecticut.

Family Vacation
The property manager, Lilly, and her husband Alberto were great to deal with even though they spoke little English. It wasn’t an issue for us since my husband speaks Spanish. The unit was co sortable and had fantastic views. We loved that it was such a short walk to Playa Mar Chiquita. The only thing that frustrated us was the difficulty in controlling the water temperatures when showering and doing dishes. The showers were too cold and we almost burned out hands washing dishes. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful area of Puerto Rico
The Beachfront Paradise is an apt name for this property. It is directly on a spectacular and unspoiled north central Puerto Rico beachfront with direct access to several miles of pristine shoreline with no development. If you are interested in having the beach to yourself, this definitely is the place to go. Access was easy and contact with Margie via text and phone was immediately responsive. The apartment is clean and very comfortable and the AC kept it nice a cool despite the August heat. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away that has everything one may need, and Manati is 10 minutes away and has plenty of restaurants and other stores. The airport was a 45 minute drive in non-rush hour traffic. Overall, the Beachfront Paradise was a great place to stay for several days while visiting family in Puerto Rico and highly recommended!

This ocean front condo in Manati (Mar Chiquita) was very clean, comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and the host Linorma was amazing. The ocean view from your private balcony was beautiful.The condo had all amenities necessary along with your own private beach access. No complaints and will be back.

Beautiful beach views and property
Our stay was amazing and the views from the condo are gorgeous. The area didn’t have much shopping or food choices but the beach house was great. The only thing I would add would be a few beach chairs so people could take them down to the beach. Everything else was perfect.

Memories for a lifetime
Margie's units are absolutely amazing. The area is quiet, safe and very well taken care of. The view of the beach is stunning. Very well equipped apartment with a cozy, home like feeling. The garden area to the beach is so serene. I could go on and on... Margie is also amazing herself. She was in contact the whole way through, making the check in process very smooth and inviting. Margie is such a kind and compassionate woman and I'm very grateful for staying at her place and meeting her. The whole experience was nothing less than amazing and I will definitely be back!

Exactly what I needed for my family!
Margie’s apartment was the perfect place for my family! I wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was very clean and secure. We had everything we needed. I felt safe there with my 2 little boys, and the amenities were just as described. The pool was perfection even though we only had time to use it 1 time. The patio area was so sweet and the walk to Mar Chiquita was just as I remembered it from when I was a kid. Lily the property manager was very quick to respond and so kind. I did not need to bother her during our stay. We had a small water temperature issue in the bathrooms, but it wasn’t enough of an issue to disrupt our stay. I told her about it at check out and she was on the phone immediately initiating a worker to come out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Eating breakfast out on the patio was perfection! My boys did not want to leave. I was also able to work in the evenings when I put my boys down. The WiFi strength was not an issue. Thank you Margie and Lily for a peaceful and perfect stay! 💙🌴
