VERY  NEAT, CLEAN AND NICELY FURNISHED WITH FANTASTIC BAYVIEWS!!! Pet friendly home with additional fee of $150 and owner authorization. 6 Beach Badges included. . One slip has a finger dock separating and a set of stairs for walking down into the bay. It would most likely fit a 22 -24ft. the 3rd center slip would fit most likely up to 26/28 . Must reserve slip early as a seasonal user may reserve. Owner offers a reduced security deposit of $250 with the purchase of the damage insurance.
