OPEN FLOOR PLAN - One Block to Ocean, One Block to Bay

Welcome to our little beach home, a Cape Cod, three bedroom, two full bath, with partial bay views from top deck, located one block from the ocean and one block from the Brant Beach Yacht Club.

This off-season we have added custom Anderson Windows and renovated our second bathroom, our mostly full house renovation is done. In the last two seasons we have lifted the home, new siding, new roof, hardwoods added to bedrooms, new outdoor patio, new outdoor shower, new privacy fencing, and painted every room.

We vacationed on LBI as kids, rented on LBI with our children as they were growing, and now we have a small place of our own that we would love to share with people who love the island or want to get to know it.

The first floor of this house has been renovated with an open floor plan and consists of a new kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Open floor plan includes a dining area, large living room and comfortable peninsula bar seating. House is great for entertaining but cozy enough to enjoy a quiet evening in front of the TV or lounging on the deck. The first floor is finished out with a full bath with a tub and a laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

Second floor has the master bedroom with a queen size bed, two guest bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and the other with a full-sized bed and twin top bunk. There is also a full bath and access to the roof top deck. There is a small beverage fridge in the hall to conveniently store your roof top libations!

Outside area has a fenced in yard with a large ground level deck, outdoor shower, a beach cruiser, some beach chairs, a few wake boards and boogie boards as well as a corn hole game. Even a couple crab traps are at your disposal.

Other features include, central air and heat, a tankless water heater, and a 50" TV. It also features a keyless entry system. It's a great area for a nice walk or relaxing bike ride.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan
Bedroom 2: Full Bed + Ceiling Fan (there is also a twin mattress under which can be pulled out)
Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed, Bottom Full Bed and top is a twin bed + wall mounted fan
Family Room Couch: Sectional
Sleeps 7 comfortably but there is also a roll away twin bed in the storage closet so you can easily sleep 9 with the sectional couch.

Linens & Towels:
Available for all beds, if you choose to use them, please wash them for our next guests and leave them folded on the appropriate beds. Bath Towels and Beach towels are also available, again if you use them, please wash them and return them to the closest you found them in.

Check-in at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am - this allows you to miss the crazy traffic getting on and off the island! We are looking forward to hosting you! Please let us know if you need any additional information.

Brant Beach Long Weekend
We had an event at the Brant Beach Yacht Club which is 400 feet away from this property. So if you have an event at the Yacht Club this is the PERFECT LOCATION! The house has ALL the amenities and then some! It has bedding which is a very hard find in LBI. It was meticulously clean, games, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and much more! I very highly recommend "Sandy Pants"!!! Jim and Noelle were amazing hosts too! Great communication.

The house was incredibly cozy and felt like home. It had all of the amenities we needed for the long weekend, as well as linens and towels. The house was clean and the owner was very communicative regarding the details for checking in. The only downside is the lack of parking, but that can't be attributed to the owner. We parked our truck across the boulevard and just took our time crossing over. I would highly recommend this home to others looking to get away for a vacation on LBI.

We had a great week here! Very short walk to the beach and the house had great beach items - chairs, umbrellas and cart, etc. kitchen is the best equipped vacation rental I’ve ever seen - we cooked quite a bit. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. We enjoyed all the different outdoor seating areas.

This was our first time renting in Brant Beach. We loved the house and the location to the beaches and the bay was perfect. The house is very clean and well kept with all you need for a great vacation. Roof top deck was a big hit to watch the sunsets. Just what we needed for a relaxing week away!

The place was very clean and cute. It has amazing out door space to enjoy the summer evenings. Walking distance to beach and great amenities included like beach chairs, umbrella and bikes. Open floor plan and well stocked home for a family get together . We all had a wonderful time ! Thank you for the welcome bag of goodies and necessities. We loved the burger place, little market and the beach right across the street. Hope to return next year.

Nice, clean, well stocked and appointed property in a great location situated exactly between the ocean and the bay. Short walk to both, to enjoy the beach, the bay, and great sunrises and sunsets! Great Stay in Brant Beach
This house was extremely clean, well equipped and very close to the beach. There is a convenient crosswalk right outside the house to get to the beach. The house was in walking/bike riding distance to some great food and a short drive to other restaurants. The owner was easy to text with. The house had plentiful supplies for a fun week at the beach. The corn hole and Bocce Games were a plus and the outdoor seating areas were a nice bonus after a long day at the beach. Thanks for sharing your house!

Great House
The house was beautiful. Had everything we needed. .Really appreciated the beach carts since we had a 1 year old with us.. Also, the bikes and chairs got a lot of use. Enjoyed the upstairs deck to watch the sunset over the bay every night. Great to have a 2nd floor refrigerator too! Short walk to the beach. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Lovely First Floor 3.5 Stars
The weekend that we stayed at this property (September 8-10) it unfortunately poured the entire time and was so cold so there are many things I cannot review. There was a lot of flooding on the island and most places were closed due to the weather and the fact that it was about the end of the season. It is centrally located which is nice and one block from the beach and bay. The first floor has been redone and is very comfortable. The owners are easy to reach and helpful. They left water in the fridge and nice snacks in a basket on the counter. Since we could not leave the house much, that was appreciated! They even let us rent one movie on the house since there was not much else to do. We would have loved having tissues in the house, an extra roll of toilet paper (there was only one roll in each bathroom and it was 10:30pm when we ran out), and a few tea bags. Otherwise, the kitchen was stocked and there were plenty of towels in the house. Since the owners are now lifting the house and asking for renovation feedback: the upstairs was not comfortable. The rooms are very cramped and need to be painted/have newer or nicer furniture especially the mattresses. The beds were very uncomfortable and since the sheets are to be washed by the renters instead of the cleaning company, I was not confident that they were clean. Also, as renters, we are paying a cleaning fee. I would rent again if the upstairs was renovated. It was reasonably priced and the owners are kind.

We had a family wedding a Bonnet Island, this past weekend, and the location of this home was perfect! We were able to go to the beach for a few hours on Saturday and all of the amenities were there. Great stay!

Perfect house!
My family (including three kids six and under) stayed a week here in August. The house is exactly as listed and a perfect spot between the bay and the ocean. Although the house is on the main road, there is a crosswalk a few feet from the house which made crossing easy and safe. The house came with everything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, balls etc). The house was extremely clean. The fenced in backyard was awesome, my kids were able to play outside very happily. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
