In the heart of town, walking distance to just about anything you need and also accrues the street from the Surf City Hotel that often has evening and weekend entertainment.

Property also features Central Air, Central heating, air-conditioning system and vacuum, Stainless teel appliances, internet ready 2 TV's Internet, washer and dryer, off-Street Driveway Parking for 2-4 or more cars, Outdoor Shower and just steps away from the beach and the Entertainment District off Surf City New Jersey Avenue with their famous restaurants and nightlife.

This fabulous vacation home will make you want to come back year after year! We rent to families and/or adults over 25 only! No exceptions. Available for September thru December of 2024, off season rental will be $6500 per/week with a $3250 deposit or $24,000 per the month with a $10,000 deposit.
