Bayfront @ Harris Harbor, Beach Haven Park, LBI. Bay Front, newer twin, available individually or a double package with a total of 10 bedrooms , 6 full baths and 2 half baths. each side has 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, two master suites, cathedral style open entry and open floor plan, game room, bay front fire pit and patio, roof deck, 2 intermediate decks , 3 TV's , premium cable Fronts on bay, with great views from inside of house, outside shower, 2 blocks to beach.
COVID-19 Precautions we are taking to create a safe Vacation experience.
1-) All linens, towels, mattress covers, bed spreads and blankets are sanitized and switched after each guest departs
2-) All hard surfaces are disinfected and cleaned after each guest departs.
3-) All upholstery is cleaned and sanitized after each guest departs.
4-) Property is well stocked for cooking and entertaining.
5-) Entertainment; pool table, X-box, fuzzball, premium cable, fire pit for bayside nights under the stars , bay access in back yard for; kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and swimming Wet bar at ground level Game room for easy bay and fire pit access, craft table for kids, bikes.

Perfect Beach Home
This was the third time we stayed at this house. The bay is spectacular. The house is very cozy and clean with plenty of space. Hope to stay again next year. The owners are very friendly and kind.

Wedding Weekend
We stayed at this property to attend a wedding. It is very nice and met our expectations. It is spacious, clean and has lots of ammenities. The location is fantastic and has beautiful views. The downstairs area with pool table and XBox is a great bonus and kept my grandson busy. Communicating with John was easy and he answered questions quickly. My nieces are already asking when we can go back :-)

Beautiful Bay House
This was a beautiful house on the Bay. Very spacious. Pool table and Xbox kept the kids busy. Even though we did not use, they had bikes and fishing poles there. More importantly, best price I found for offseason stay. Smaller houses were more expensive. Perfect house, perfect pricing. My family was blown away and were talking about coming back to this house over the summer. I’m sure pricing will be higher during summer season but that’s to be expected. Great time!

Perfection.........the images don't do justice for this rental. More than enough space and amenities for how ever long you stay. We stayed for 4 days and couldn't be happier. We will definitely be staying here again !!

Bayside Family Getaway on LBI
Enjoyed this amazing rental for one week with 5 adults. Very spacious, clean, peaceful and the location is fantastic. There is plenty of space to spread out - two had remote work and enjoyed sitting at the tables on the main level with bay breezes! This is now my favorite location on the island as we have only stayed on the ocean side. Friendly owner who was surprised we traveled all the way from California to LBI- but a rental that includes linens is super important for non-locals. Take advantage of the outdoor living, kayaks, bicycles, Jersey Girl Cafe and of course, Skipper Dipper all within walking distance. Just a few short blocks to the ocean side. There is a cart to carry beach chairs and essentials. It came in handy to haul our surfboards! Enjoy the bar, game room and amazing sunsets from the roof deck. You won't be disappointed.

Great house. Our family loved every second we were there.. beautiful place.
Renting was super easy, communication was top notch and our time there could not have gone better. the view from the rooftop and the sunsets! Kids and adults loved being there and had a blast. Would rent there time and time again.

Perfect spot to unite a family.
This home was great! It has everything needed to accommodate our adult family reunion as we prepared for our daughter's wedding. Large seating spaces for group meals, plenty of living room space, great game room and the fire pit was enjoyable for an evening of relaxation by the water. Would love to return again!

We had a great time!! The house was very spacious, clean and had the most amazing views. We loved sitting out back on the Adirondack chairs. At night, we sat outside by the fire. The basement was perfect for teenagers to hang out. The owner John was very nice and accommodating. We will be back!!!

This Lillie Ave home was a perfect getaway!! We so enjoyed all the amenities this home offered. Our grandchildren and children loved the spaciousness and views. Would definitely rent again. Owners very cooperative.

The house was just as advertised - well stocked kitchen, sheets and towels, and such a great play room for the kids! John was very responsive and super accommodating. Loved sitting by the outdoor gas fireplace, playing pool, and watching sunrise from the rooftop deck. Couldn’t ask for a better rental on LBI!

The BEST Teen Birthday Weekend EVER!
I took my daughter and 6 of her friends to LBI for the weekend to celebrate my daughters 14th birthday! I want to first say that the pictures shown of this home online really don't even do it justice. It is absolutely GORGEOUS! It was extremely clean and perfect in every single way! If I tried to find something wrong with this house, I could not! It sits directly on the bay with the most beautiful back deck area that has a fantastic fire pit! The views are spectacular! AND it's only a couple blocks to the beach going the other way too! it's a dream location! Every room is furnished awesome and it holds as many people as it possibly can while still being so fashionable and high class! The kitchen, while completely up to date as far as appliances, is also completely stocked with everything else you need as far as pots and pans, spices, utensils, cutlery, plates, etc. The basement is super cool and it has a nice size tv and gaming consoles, pool table, fuze ball, fishing gear, a bar, water skis, cornhole ...you name it and they have it! Honestly, you can't beat the price either! On top of ALL of that... John and Dianne, the hosts, were as pleasant as they could be during the entire process! If you are looking for a place to stay then Run, don't walk, to this beauty! 😀

The house is immaculate with great views of the bay. From the rooftop deck you can see the ocean. Rented it for my daughter's wedding instead of a hotel. Great place for those pre wedding photos.

The perfecthouse!
We're a group of 5 who just turned 70 and have knoweach other for 65 year. We selected this house so we could each have our own room. The view of the bay is amazing, day or night. We used the gas firepit and it couldn't have been easier, did some kayaking (kayaks provided by the owner) on the inlet and the bay. The kitchen is very well stocked. John and Diane were very special hosts. We called with a few questions and he was there on the spot, extremely helpful. We surely rent there again!

Lovely stay on the Bay
We had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful with a great layout for a family. The Beach was close enough for small children to walk. The owner was very attentive to our needs. We liked it so much we will be back next year!
