Two from the beach (65 steps), 3 decks, with ocean and bay views! 4-bedroom, 2-full bath in Brant Beach Yacht Club area with roof deck (ocean/bay views), front deck (ocean views) back deck (with gas grill). Three blocks from Bayview Park. Two flat screen TVs (living room is 65 inch) with cable/Roku/Netflix/Wifi, private outdoor shower, and off-street parking for 1 car (more parking at end of street by Custard Hut).

Includes all the necessities for a great vacation Walking distance from a few stores, ice cream shops, and 2 blocks from the bay. Left side of unit is 1 king bedroom and a bedroom with a twin and a full bed separated by a full bath. . Right side of the unit is one bedroom with a double and single bed and another room with a bunk bed and a twin separated by a full bath.. Please bring the sheets/pillowcases/towels/boogie boards/bikes – we have the dishwashing/clothes detergent and 10 beach badges.

All mattresses wrapped. Some pets considered for $250fee. Cleaning fee as of $200.
Possibility to rent upstairs and downstairs based on availability.
