The room was massive, even had a sitting area, very clean, slightly dated but for what we paid found it very good value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel."

When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. "It is nice. Staff tried to be helpful. No WiFi in 2 rooms, we switch 2 room bevor we get one with constant WiFi. One rooms TV was broken, nobody tell us that, we figured it out after we moved in. Restaurant are fine, pricy like everything in Switzerland. Stuff was not really nice, kinder neglecting us, probably because we were with small children. Not bad, but for this price schuld have been much better…"
