"Booked to stay over night as passing through, check in was through an electronic device so no actual person in reception, check in was fine and easy to do, in going into the room we were shocked at how small it was, the bathroom is very similar to what you get on a boat crossing ferry, no plug sockets in room to charge phones etc so bare this in mind if you are needing to recharge, room was clean, we decided to not stay the night due to facilities available and booked elsewhere "

"The hotel is in an ideal location however it needs a complete renovation The rooms are tired and dated and the en-suite was un workable, the shower cubicle door was broken and wouldn’t close. The complementary toiletries were 3 sachets of shampoo which wasn’t adequate for a shower. We feel that the price advertised was extortionate for the facilities we had. We will not be returning or recommend this hotel "

"We booked the wrong dates and tried to change. Hotels.com staff couldn’t change the booking as no one at the hotel spoke English. We tried via email and never got a response, so asked our French Airbnb hosts to call, hotel refused to do anything over the phone and said they would reply to our email. Never heard from them. Terrible customer service avoid like the plague "

"C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel, et je suis toujours aussi satisfaite. Tout est vraiment très bien les chambres sont propres, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant et le restaurant est très bon. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet et copieux, on n’y trouve des produits locaux et du fait maison. C’est très appréciable. "Staff are very friendly, professional and polite! Breakfast was nice. Room quite small but was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was quite hard/firm. Shower room had a musty/damp smell and some mould in shower, extractor fan didnt seem to work and the shower head wouldnt stay up (kept falling down the adjustable bar) so had to bend down to wash my hair. Didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good, again great staff! "
