Description of S9 Large balcony apartment (115m2) location 1. Floor in the Bayreuth town house. From the apartment you are in 2-3 minutes in the pedestrian zone and also in the shopping center Rot-maincenter and can reach a lot of destinations on foot.
Spacious parquet apartment with (extra toilet) with 3 bedrooms, living room for up to 10 people to sit, separate dining room, large kitchen for cooking together.
A lot of real parquet, new windows. Balcony and 2 bedrooms are more quiet to the back yard. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, bathroom with bathtub, separate shower cubicle and washing machine and dryer, second toilet, all bedrooms with blinds to totally darken. Oak wood floor.
(You can also book the S9 with the S4 then you have the entrances side by side and is up to 12 people / Groups) Just ask on my homepage.
Please do not forget you live in the middle of the city center. Sometimes it happens that at the weekend at night young people roar when they run through the streets and laugh out loud when they run home. Please accept that (it is not a country house).

Schöne super gelegene Wohnung mit genügend Platz für 7 bis 8 Personen. Freundliche Begrüßung. Besonders toll der Wohn- und Essbereich! Wir hatten ein supertolles Wochenende in Bayreuth.

Small issues
The apt was clean and tidy however no mirror in the small bathroom made it difficult getting ready with a large group (7 people). Parking was an issue as well as there was no designated parking for the apt. and the immediate area was metered parking only. It was hot during our stay and we needed to have windows open for ventilation, the street noise made it difficult to rest as people and vehicles were about into the early morning hours.
