Walking paths from the house 50 m, mountain railway 200 m, ski lift 30 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives on the same property.

Top floor: (spiral staircase) living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 185 cm with 2 beds. Heating. Wooden floors, parquet floors, carpet. Patio. Barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults and 2 children up to 10 years.

Bezaubernde Ferienunterkunft
Das Ferienhaus selbst und die Gastgeber Paula und Franz sind einfach bezaubernd. Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt und es war alles vor Ort. Die Lage, die Aussicht und die Ruhe sind einzigartig. Wer Erholung abseits des Massentourismus sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Ruhe und saubere Luft in herrlicher Natur
Im gemütlichen, geräumigen Haus hat man alles, was man braucht. Aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster guckt man auf den Großen Arber, der Wald mit unzähligen Wanderwegen liegt vor der Tür, gegenüber eine tolle Gaststätte mit leckeren böhmischen Speisen und herzlicher Bewirtung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Praktisch und sehr schön gelegen
Die Haus ist nicht neu aber gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit viel Platz und Grün drumherum und der Aussicht auf den Großen Arber. Ideal zum sofort los wandern. Eine Almhütte und ein Restaurant sind in der Nachbarschaft.

sehr ruhig und erholsam
Ein toller Ort und sehr nette Vermieter. Das Haus ist ordentlich und für 4 Erwachsene und 3-4 Kinder groß genug. Die 2 Gaststätten in der Nähe sind zu empfehlen! Wandern vom Haus aus ideal! Auch zum Motorradfahren eine tolle Gegend.

Ruim en compleet huis!
We waren bij aankomst verrast door de ruimte van het huis. Ook was het heel compleet, er was van alles aanwezig. Denk hierbij aan speelgoed voor kinderen, kaartspel voor volwassenen, vuilniszakken en veel servies en bestek. Leuke verhuurders ook!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gro...
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß. Wir konnten 3 Etagen nutzen. Es ist für große Familien prima geeignet. Wir sind mit 6 Personen gereist und es war sehr schhön. Man hat vom Haus einen herrlichen Blick auf den nahegelegenen Berg. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf einer großen Wiese, auf der unsere Kinder prima rumtoben konnten. Reisetipps: In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsziele. Man kann in alle Himmelsrichtungen wandern und im Wald Pilze suchen. Dabei hat man ab und an einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Landschaft.

Für uns genau das richtige
Schönes Haus, alles da, toller Ausblick auf der Arbergipfel, Wiese vor dem Haus. Die Lage am Brennes auf über 1000 m bedeutet, man kann gleich loswandern, kann in drei verschiedene Täler fahren. Aber zum Einkaufen muss man nach Bodenmais oder Lam. In Bayerisch Eisenstein gab es im Juni 2019 keinen Laden.
