Nestled in the heart of Bay St. Louis and located directly across from the Bay Waveland Yacht Club, our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom retreat invites you to unwind in 902 square feet of homey comfort. With an in-ground swimming pool, a wrap-around porch boasting panoramic views of the bay, and more, get ready for a getaway filled with peace, tranquility, and unforgettable memories.

Living Space:
Step into the cozy living room furnished with a comfortable couch and two swivel chairs, all facing a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.

Kitchen:
Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, including a regular drip coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, and both stemmed and stemless wine glasses. Unwind with a drink from our "bar cart," complete with an ice bucket and shaker set.

Dining:
Gather around the kitchen breakfast bar, which seats four, or head to our screened-in porch for dining with a view. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table or relax at our outdoor mini bar.

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The guest bedroom offers two single beds and is equipped with a Smart TV as well.

Other Amenities:
You'll have access to a full-size washing machine and dryer for added convenience, as well as a cargo elevator.

After days of exploration along the Gulf Coast, unwind on our screened-in porch with stunning views of the Bay of St. Louis, lounge on one of our swing beds downstairs or the hammock by the pool, feeling the gentle bay breeze on your face. When the sun gets too hot, take a refreshing dip in our in-ground swimming pool.

· Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.
· Bed linens for all beds, towels, & beach towels are provided.
· Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry pods, dishwashing pods, one trash bag per trash can, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and makeup removing wipes, per bathroom.
Check In: Check in for arriving guest will be 4:00pm.
Check Out: Check out for departing guests will be 10:00am.
Early/Late check in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.

• THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
• Absolutely NO smoking inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and DO NOT leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE. All guests are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating the terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED IS 4. You will be FINED $100 per guest, that you are over occupancy.
• ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
• PETS are NOT permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
• SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• NO GLASS of any kind is permitted in the pool area.
• Children 16 and under MUST BE supervised by an adult while in the pool.
• 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM ALLOWED ON THE ELEVATOR AT ALL TIMES.
• The elevator access gate MUST STAY CLOSED at all times except when loading and unloading the elevator.
• The City of Bay St. Louis asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
• DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture inside.
• NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the balconies, furniture, beds, floors, or carpet/rugs.
• Parking is ONLY allowed in the driveway.
• DO NOT park in the grass. Parking on the street is NOT allowed.
• NO trailers, boats or RV’s are allowed without prior approval.
• Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. Any damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A FLOOD RISK AREA. THIS MEANS DURING HEAVY RAIN OR INCLIMENT WEATHER, THERE IS A POTENTIAL THAT THE PROPERTY WILL FLOOD.
