They extended our stay for additional days, gave us instructions to keep the water from freezing, shoveled our walk and offered to bring us supplies if needed. They responded to our communications promptly and were always very friendly and helpful."

No smell of smoke - If smoking bothers you ask for a high level room! Prices were very reasonable- Nice hotel- great restaurants- cafe- & Starbucks coffee. Staff were hit and miss but all pleasant. No refrig in room "
