Spacious 1 bedroom apartment perfect for 2 people. 1 bedroom with TV, Livingroom with large screen TV, full kitchen, all new appliances. Dining area with table/ 4 chairs, full bath with tub. New floors. Close to Sunrise Highway. Southern state parkway is less than a mile. Walk to stores, Pizza, Ice cream parlor, beauty and barbershop. Bay Shore train station is really close. On site parking fills up about 9 PM. High speed WIFI included.

Not a place for women
The inside was as pictured but the outside was honestly scarey. My young daughter and i were traveling alone and i wouldn't have booked had i known what the building and parking was like. There isn't a specified spot so when we first arrived at 10pm there was no where to park. We had to drive around the block for about 10 minutes and luckily someone left. The place had been left unlocked for us which actually made it scarey for us. The owner was nice and communicated well but i wouldn't recommend this for women traveling alone

Upon arrival, the apartment complex looked like something out of a horrow movie, 100% GHETTO, dirty, ugly, grafitti, etc. Entering the building, there was a most unpleasant aroma. The apartment has been renovated and decorated quite nicely, I will say that. However, we had no bath towels and had to wait for them (we had dinner reservations with local friends and were pressed for time).There was only 1 roll of Toilet Paper and the BIGGEST CONCERN was the door. It didn't quite close all the way at the top, and the door knob lock bottom screw kept falling out. Anyone with even the slightest bit of strength, in my opinion, coud kick in the door. Had the reservation been refundable, I would have checked out in a heartbeat, let alone if I had been traveling solo, I would have left immediately. And why is the protective film and sticker still on the TV?? 100% would NOT ever book this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. only one roll of toilet papNe nicely

This apartment was perfect for mine and my friends weekend to visit fire island. Super convenient. 0 issues and great communication. Thank you for a nice stay!
