The beautiful restaurant it is served in, the choices, good coffee, cheeses, eggs, salads meat, fish, juices……. I loved it. Good location to walk to Christmas markets. Parking onsite. "Just great. Very short stay to discovery city. Since it's outside of the island, it's super quiet. Rooms are super efficient and cool. Bluetooth speaker Chromecast is amazing too.staff was very professional and breakfast have plenty of options. Thank you NIU!"

"We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. The worst part was the day after returning home I found bite marks on my body, which within a day became extremely uncomfortable and in the evening hours it was much...

Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."
