"WE LOVED THIS GETAWAY! We didn't want to leave. Host was awesome. He came out personally and assisted with our internet connection and told us more about the area. Perfect way to enjoy the San Bernard River and it’s an easy drive to several beach areas during the day. Can’t say enough good stuff about the house itself. "

"Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. After checking you get back in your vehicle and drive around a little swirly swirl to get to your room, you might want to ask for directions as it was not very easy to follow the...

"The pictures really don't show how spacious the house is and how close the house is to the water. Wish we could have stayed longer. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise and fishing right in front of the house. Our dogs liked laying on the porch people watching. We have already booked our next stay and can't wait to be back there. "Came down for a few days before Thanksgiving, had a great time! House was everything we needed and caught a bunch of different species from a ton of big blue crabs to sand trout, an eel and a small ray among others. Trophy bull red last morning I was there and was the perfect finish to our trip!"
