You can sit back and enjoy the view of the creek or set up games for the family in the vast back yard. The property also includes a charcoal barbeque pit and propane grill big enough to accommodate cooking for families.

A brand new playground with a walking path and workout circuit has just been completed directly across the street, along with a basketball court. Shopping and groceries are conveniently located just around the corner.
