"The only concern is that fire alarm went off every night for the seven days we were there. It went off at 3:00 am. First time was nerve racking but then you just got use to it which is not good because if there was a real fire we would most likely ignore the alarm. "

"Beautiful grounds and amazing beach view. Unfortunately the maintenance of some key features was poor. 2 beach decks were closed to access, one of them for consecutive years, one elevator out of 2 was not working, the shower faucet in our room was dripping constantly and the room was noisy due to the proximity of the one functioning elevator. Amazing place but needs to step up its maintenance plan."

"This was a nice property, it could use some upgrades (hallway carpets smell damp and are showing their age rooms feel a bit dated and carpets are old). The staff was very nice and our rooms were cleaned every day although certain things like used glasses were not removed or replaced for days until we put them on the floor near the garbage can. Other than that it was a great stay. The lobby bar is very pretty and the casino is fun. Pools and beach areas were clean."

"El hotel muy bien, la pool bien linda y limpia, la muchacha del enfrente ( alta y morenita) es muy grosera y fea forma de hablar, uno va y paga para que lo atiendan dignamente pero los otros empleadoa muy amables y muy atentos la mucha blaquita fue muy linda su forma de atentender todo bien y un poco incomodo el parqueo, el baño a la hora de bañarse el agua tiende a salirse y se moja todo el suelo. "

"The hotel staff, from check-in to the beach, were always kind and helpful. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and they provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels. It’s also nice to go to the pool after the beach. The food at the hotel is very expensive, but there are cheaper restaurants and cafés nearby. "The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "
