Nunca me aconteceu isso antes!
Infelizmente tivemos péssima experiência nesse hotel! Ja no check in o atendente mto mal humorado nos disse q o valor estava errado no hoteis.com e que eles ja tinham avisado ao site q não fez nada. Depois de mta discussão conseguimos pagar o valor q o site havia nos passado. Tv não funcionava, não tinha agua gelada. Pagamos 5 reais na garrafinha sem gelo, o banheiro não tinha tapete nem toalhas e havia um buraco no forro de gesso todo embolorado. Enfim o quarto era barato e mesmo assim não valia os 70 reais q nos cobraram da pernoite. Só não fomos para outro hotel porque estávamos em uma festa e chegamos as 4 da manhã, só queríamos dormir, mas a experiência foi péssima.

Muito caloroso mas precisa de melhorias
O gerente Aldo é muito gentil e atencioso, sempre querendo ajudar. Mas o quarto apesar de limpo tinha um cheiro estranho nos cobertores, e não pude aproveitar o café da manhã pois a cozinha estava em obras.

Não recomendo.
Não recomendo pra ninguém, colchão ruim, banheiro com vazamento, não tinha sabonete nem para lavar as mãos, não sei se por ter alugado pelo site e pago menos do que direto ao hotel, alegaram que a cozinha estava em manutenção, mas o cheiro de café estava por todo o prédio e não nos serviram. Um hotel que se preze daria alguma opção para não deixar o hóspede sem um item que estava incluso na diária. Não recomendo.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar
O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao shopping e a Havan, possui boa estrutura, não tem elevador, a internet é ágil, porém o café poderia ser melhor pelo preço que se paga pela diária, com mais variedade e no mínimo um suco de laranja natural (não de pacote como é disponibilizado). Quanto ao quarto, ele é de tamanho adequado, as camas são confortáveis e são limpos e com cheiro de limpeza, o banheiro é limpo e agradável, porém no quarto que ficamos a instalação elétrica estava péssima, tomadas sem espelho, fios de energia a mostra, tomadas com mal contato. No geral podemos dizer que o hotel é bom, eu ficaria novamente e recomendaria a um amigo, porém é preciso corrigir algumas falhas, como o detalhe dos fios de energia à mostra.

Fiquei no quarto reformado! O quarto é simples, mas bem confortável! Fica bem próximo ao bauru shopping e Walmart! Box de vidro no banheiro, wifi bom, garagem, Tv a cabo...a Tv não era de plasma, mas não faço questão!!! Não tem elevador!
