Schöne Wohnung - unruhige Umgebung
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus mit insgesamt 6 Wohneinheiten, hat einen großen Balkon, ist sehr sauber und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider liegt das Apartment an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Nebenan wohnt ein Hund, der sehr ausdauernd bellt. Der Meerblick ist leider nicht ganz so herrlich, der schöne Strand ist aber in ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Fußläufig sind mehrere Restaurants und ein Supermarkt zu erreichen.

Trotz großer Hitze war es sehr schön ! Der angebliche Meer Blick war leider nicht vorhanden ,und in der Nachbarschaft ga es leider 2 Hunde die Tag u Nacht bellten .

Die Kommunikation war gut und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Lage an einer Straße war zwar nicht ganz perfekt aber das hat nicht weiter gestört. Was mir persönlich nicht gafallen hat, war die Ausstattung. Man kann deutlich die Einstellung der Besitzer sehen: was nicht mehr gut genug für einen selbst ist, wird ausgemustert und in die Ferienwohnung gesteckt. Alles andere bitte möglichst billig und spärlich. z.B. war ein Strandtuch größer alsdas andere, eines hatte deutsche Etiketten. Das, was ein Gast vergessen hat, wird dem nächsten als Ausstattung angepriesen. Das WLAN war quasi nutzlos, der Router war im Nebengebäude und der Empfang schlecht und das Netz, wenn es funktioniert hat, sehr langsam. Es gab für den großen Balkon leider keinen Sonnenschirm und für die Plastikstühle kein Sitzkissen. Nicht mal etwas Flüssigseife zum Händewaschen. Ein einziger Müllbeutel und zwei Rollen Klopapier für den gesamten Urlaub wurde tur Verfügung gestellt. Für die Spärlichkeit ist es ziemlich teuer. Vielleicht ist das allgemein so auf Sardinien, es war mein erstes Mal. Falls das so ist, dann machen wir Touristen es den Sarden zu leicht. Gerade zu COVID19 Zeiten sollte man doch froh über Gäste sein, vielleicht mal eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung auf den Tisch stellen und etwas Flüssigseife aufs Handwaschbecken.

Basic, maar wel oké!
De accommodatie is erg basis ingericht. Bij aankomst bleek het water het helemaal niet te doen, maar na later bleek, had de hele straat daar last van. Als je comfortabel wil douchen, moet je de kraan 5 minuten van te voren opendraaien voordat het water op temperatuur komt. De airco deed het niet en ondanks toezeggingen van de eigenaar om daar iets aan te doen, heeft hij dat niet opgelost. Nu waren wij er in september met Max temperatuur gemiddeld 30 graden en het was erg heet in het appartement. Je wilt daar niet zitten hartje zomer met een temperatuur boven 35 graden... Misschien hadden wij wat meer op onze strepen moeten staan, maar wij waren iedere dag op pad en waren er alleen om te slapen, maar dat viel dus niet mee. TIP: leer Italiaans want de eigenaar spreekt geen woord Engels. Hij knikt ja, "si, si," maar hij doet "no, no..." Erg jammer. Conclusie: basic appartement is oké als je er niet teveel van verwacht.

La soluzione giusta per chi in vacanza vuole sentirsi come nella propria casa
Siamo abituati a vivere le nostre vacanze scoprendo il territorio e vivendo il mare con i nostri ritmi, sentendoci a proprio agio nella casa che abitiamo. E’ stato proprio così: il trilocale è pulito, tranquillo e adeguatamente attrezzato. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità dell’aria condizionata e della terrazza spaziosa ed ombreggiata dove spesso abbiamo mangiato. Il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile per informazioni e richieste, sia prima del nostro arrivo rispondendo prontamente ai nostri quesiti, sia nel corso del nostro soggiorno. Ci è stato offerto il ricovero coperto per le biciclette. Il mare dista circa 400 m ma è visibile dalla terrazza. L’esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Santa Maria Naveresse is beautiful and Stefanno a great host
Stefanno was very welcoming. Checkin was smooth and easy although his English was bad and our Italian even worse. He gave us a small tour around the apartment and we were free to do as we please. The apartment itself is incredible well positioned with, a local restaurant on the left side (Il pozzo) of the street and closely situated to the local supermarket. You'll also very close to Tortoli & Arbatax (5km), two very nice places to visit. The apartment itself was clean, but lacking some basic accommodations like normal breakfast mugs, egg cups (to eat softboiled eggs), some annoying plugs for your electronic devices but nothing that really detracted from the experience. We had some problems at certain times of day with hot running water in the shower (this might just be a coincidence). The view of the large terrace is amazing and very peaceful so overall this was great place to stay for the price offered. I would return in a heartbeat and I probably will. Thank you. Stefanno

Wohnung liegt zentral mit Blick aufs Meer. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vermieter immer hilfsbereit und freundlich wenn man was braucht oder fragen hat. Um die Ecke gibt es gute Restaurants und Einkaufsläden. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Stayed 10 nights here and used it as a base. It was a lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Communication with Stefano was really easy and he was responsive. We managed to get through even though we don't speak Italian very well!!!! Location was good. A short walk down the hill and there were lots of eateries, gelateries, and a lovely beach. The beach at tancau is also within walking distance. We absolutely loved sardinia. And will be going back as soon as we can. I would happily stay at the apartment again. The scenery in this part of sardinia is gorgeous, mountains, wooded pines and lovely beaches. It is also away from the throngs of mass tourism at costa smerelda! We miss Santa Maria already!

Merci à Mr Stefano Collu pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, même si la communication n'était pas toujours facile : nous ne parlant pas italien et Mr Collu que très peu le français. Mais nous avons toujours réussi à nous comprendre. Comme c'est agréable de prendre son petit déjeuner sur une terrasse avec une vue sur la mer. L'appartement est climatisé ce qui rend très supportable les nuits chaudes. Excellent rapport qualité / prix
