"Nice appartement. Everything is new and clean . Every room have his own clima . Kitchen has everything what you need to cook meals and make coffee & tea. Location of the appartement is quiet and has a nice view. Giovanni is a super guy gives you tips is super friendly and if you need anything he’s for you there 24/7 . Thank you so much for everything. The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift! "The house is located only steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and had nice extras such as a large second floor balcony, barbecue and beach umbrellas. Manuela was very helpful and responded to requests quickly. Check in and check out were smooth and apartment was exactly as presented in the posting. Overall a great place to stay while visiting Santa Maria Navarrese!"

"The listing is incorrect.. It does not mention that there is a downstairs apartment that shares the outside space and pool. I never book shared spaces so was surprised when another family arrived. Wi-Fi didn’t work either so this was not the best villa we’ve stayed in. At least Sardinia was a very nice to spend our holiday"

"Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious with lovely comfortable beds. A quiet location, although situated centrally in Oroesi with good parking. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, offering good advice on the local area and services. We appreciated the wine and biscuits left for us to enjoy. Will stay again next time we visit Oroesi.
