"Little Kobada is a great place to stay when visiting Kingscote. Close to shops, beach, tidal pool and restaurants. We weren't informed about the spa not working so that was disappointing, and the yard/garden could do with a tidy up but overall a comfy little place to stay."

"The house was so lovely and true to photo’s. Property owner was very good and quick to respond when needing to communicate with him. House was very clean and tidy. "

"We had such a great time! Kevin was an excellent host and provided heaps of information upfront. The house is nicely laid out and can easily have more than the 4 adults that were in our family. The kitchen worked well for meals in and the rooms were nice - great to have multiple bathrooms! We loved the beach, it's shallow and the water is warm and beautiful, basically out the front door. Bonus was the expansive deck where we were able to have sun and shade plus watched the planet parade.Would...

"We felt at home in this beautiful place, it was a a short stroll to the beach and high is perfect for anyone especially little ones. We spent hours playing and with a shed full of beach activities we knew we didn’t have to bring anything over from the mainland. The bath is delightful and after a beach visit it was the perfect place to relax. This is a the perfect place for a family with a big outdoor dining table, books and toys and super cute beds. "We were very happy with the Aquamarine Holiday House.Lots of room with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and a very good size fridge. Big family/dining area. Location perfect for short walk to a beautiful beach. The deck was great to sit and listen/ watch the busy bird life including the gorgeous blue wrens. It was a very hot few days on our KI visit and the aircon. was very well appreciated. We definitely recommend a stay there."
